Part 1 is here.
Part 2 is here.
Not having a “medieval” or “historical” costume wasn’t a problem. It was interesting seeing the many “fantasy” costumes.
This fine wolf had a companion wearing a T-shirt saying “In Dog We Trust”. He couldn’t walk very far without people rushing up to get their photo taken with him … what a cuddly fellow!
Wolves were apparently popular this year. The leather one below was not travelling with “Red Riding Hood” – she was medieval under that cape and just wanted a photo with him …
Sticking with the humanimal theme …
For fans of that little Gaulish village, here’s Obelix …
… and his little pal, Asterix (sans the druid Getafix and his doggie Dogmatix) …
No Getafix in sight, but here’s a more modern magician …
… and while we’re in the realms of Faerie …
The Fire Phoenix tribe were here again …
Part 4 takes us back to the, ahem, “real” medieval.
